Meet the Team

	Karen O'Neill is the sole principal of the firm. She qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has since worked exclusively within the complex area of family law. Karen is accredited as a specialist by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) – a group dedicated to the solution of family problems by negotiation rather than confrontation (www.resolution.org.uk). Karen has been further accredited by Resolution as having particular expertise in the law of Cohabitees and Children law. Karen has an LLB Law (Hons) degree from the University of the West of England and completed the postgraduate Law Society Finals at the College of Law (Chester).
	Julia Densham was admitted as a solicitor in June 2020, having joined the Firm in 2016, and specialises in Family Law. Julia has an LLB Law (Hons) degree and completed the postgraduate Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (Bristol)” .
	Ian Cunningham - is an experienced Family Law Solicitor, having practised most recently with another established local firm before joining Karen O’Neill & Co in early 2020. Ian was a journalist in his former life, but has worked primarily in Family Law since being admitted as a solicitor in 2009
	Victoria Lees - Sadly for us, Victoria has left the firm and is now a qualified barrister at KBG Chambers in Plymouth http://www.kbgchambers.co.uk/ . We continue to work with Victoria in her new role so do let us know if you wish us to instruct her in your matter.
