Meet the Team

Karen O'Neill is the sole principal of the firm. She qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has since worked exclusively within the complex area of family law. Karen is one of only a few solicitors in the South West who is accredited as a specialist by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) – a group dedicated to the solution of family problems by negotiation rather than confrontation (www.resolution.org.uk). Karen has been accredited with particular expertise in Children law and the law of Cohabitees.

Nina Macfie is an experienced Legal Executive. Nina has expertise in other areas of law, but has specialised exclusively in family law since joining the firm in 2001.

Heather Jones is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, specialising in Family Law. As another friendly and approachable lawyer, Heather has quickly become an essential part of the team since joining the firm in June 2005"
