The firm does not carry out publicly funded work (formerly Legal Aid), although eligibility can still be assessed. However, as fewer people than ever now qualify for public funding, access to expert legal advice, at an affordable price, is more important than ever.

To help with the payment of costs, the firm can arrange for monthly payments by standing order – usually of between £150 and £200 - to be made throughout the case, so that the costs are spread into easier monthly payments. A free initial half-hour consultation is also available on request so it is easy to find out if the firm can help, and most importantly, how much further work is likely to cost! Costs “review” limits are also set, so that the costs remain under your control.
